Punching your Ticket

Many years ago, I was scheduled to help lead a sports camp in south Louisiana. There was one problem; I didn’t have my plane ticket to get to New Orleans (pre-cell phone and online booking). I called the person in charge and explained the situation. He quickly called the airline, booked my ticket over the phone, and then told me the ticket would be waiting for me when I got the airport. I had to put my faith in several people to make a way for me. I got my ticket and made it to the camp. As we launch a new series on the Kingdom of Heaven, I pray we learn what it means to put our faith and trust in the One who has made a way for us to be citizens of Heaven.
