A Kingdom Feast

I have been to a lot of weddings. What people wear to weddings seems to be a topic of conversation at each time. It goes beyond the bride, bridesmaids, groom, and groomsmen. There seems to be an unwritten rule on what we should wear and what we shouldn’t wear to a wedding. Similarly, in the Kingdom of Heaven, there is a “clothing” requirement for attending the great banquet God has for us. Jesus uses a parable to illustrate the clothing necessary to enter the Kingdom.
