In the Beginning, God

Origin stories are a popular trend in superhero movies (comic books). In observing how readers and moviegoers respond to superhero stories, one psychologist said, “At their best, superhero origin stories inspire us and provide models of coping with adversity, finding meaning in loss and trauma, discovering our strengths and using them for good purpose.” Superheroes have a back story; they have a beginning. Unlike superheroes, God doesn’t have a beginning. He always has been and always will be.
