Finding Rest

Whenever I think about the word “gentle,” I am reminded of the Johnson Baby Shampoo commercials. They claimed the shampoo was as gentle on the eyes as water. Babies are gentle, so they should be cared for with gentleness. There is something profound about being gentle. I am thankful Jesus encourages us to go to Him because He is gentle, caring, and compassionate. Wherever you are on life’s journey, you can find gentle rest with Jesus.
