Sent with nothing, Sent with everything

Have you ever left for a trip and realized you had forgotten something? You ask yourself, “Do I keep going or turn back to get the item?” Often, your decision depends on the item, but imagine you were told to go to school or work without any supplies or told to go to another city with only a tank of gas in your car and your driver’s license. That may excite some of you, but for others, it would instill panic. Jesus told his followers to “go” and all they had to take with them was their faith, His power, and their story. We are sent with those same tools – it’s time to go!
