Wisdom vs. Folly: The Sequel

Humility in victory is quite challenging. Roger Federer, the great tennis player, recently spoke at a college graduation. He reminded them that he won nearly 80% of his matches but only 54% of the points he played. He lost nearly as many points as he won. His point to these young adults was that life is full of setbacks. Dwelling on those will get you nowhere. Solomon shared the same lesson. The short-term may have ups and downs, but our calling is to live with eternity in mind.
