Their parents or grandparents were all famous people in the United States at the time of their kidnapping. One of the most important kidnappings in America occurred in Waco in 1936. A young girl was kidnapped by Comanches. Four years later, she was found and refused to return to her parents, choosing to stay with the Comanches. You may have never experienced physical kidnapping, but if we are not careful, the philosophies of this world can hijack our thoughts and make us captive to false ideas. We must cling to Christ rather than the empty ideas of this world.
