Watch Your Mouth

Most of us have had our wisdom teeth removed. I am thankful mine were taken out before the advent of social media. Some of the funniest videos on the internet are from people who haven’t quite recovered from their surgery. The rest of the world gets a kick out of their wild statements, laughable ideas, or romantic comments made to the oral surgeon or medical professional. Unlike post-surgery comments that can be laughed off, our words to one another have tremendous power. As Christians, a sign of our maturity in the faith is the direction in which our words take us and those around us.
