A mirage is something that appears real, but is simply a figment of your imagination. It is an optical illusion. If we are not careful, we can find ourselves believing things that look and sound good, but are completely empty. What is true in the hot desert is also true in our spiritual lives. May we examine everything we see and hear in light of the person of Jesus Christ.
