Seeking

Have you ever lost something and searched high and low for it? Back when the boys were young, Brandie lost one of her favorite bracelets while we were on a trip and we looked everywhere for it. It was gone. Upon arriving home, we were unpacking the car seat from it’s travel bag and what was at the bottom of the bag… her bracelet! We couldn’t believe it. We had stopped searching because we believed it was lost, but we just hadn’t looked long enough for it or in the right place. In the same way, God desires us to continually seek after Him and His righteousness. For when we seek Him, we will find Him.
