Keeping secrets is hard and it is bad for your health. Psychologists have studied people who had keep secrets and found that when a person is trying to hide something, he or she thinks about that thing far more than other issues in their life and their happiness suffered because of it. This is a great truth to set us free. The book of Zephaniah is a great guide for us as we seek to let go of our secret sins.
