Have you ever been a part of a “big reveal”? It seems to be the trend these days to have an elaborate spectacle to reveal the gender of your baby, your college choice, and who will have the first pick in the NBA draft. In the book of Chronicles, King David reveals to the nation of Israel that Solomon will be the next king. However, rather than celebrate Solomon, David choses to celebrate God; praising Him for his glory and majesty. May we never stop celebrating the greatness and majesty of God.
