COVID-19 Update: July 22, 2020

Dear Church Family:

The pastoral staff continues to monitor the spread of COVID 19 and prayerfully make decisions about live gatherings for worship. This Sunday, July 26th at 11:00 am, worship will be held online only via the church website at https://www.firstbaptistfriendswood.org/livestream and on our Facebook page.

In concert with other churches in our area, beginning Sunday, August 2nd, we plan to return to onsite worship services at 9:30 am and 11:00 am. It will be wonderful to worship together once again. These worship services will be family-style without childcare or children’s ministry activities at this time. A re-entry plan for onsite worship will be provided next week. Of course, we will continue to live stream the 11:00 am worship service on the website and Facebook.

Additionally, all Bible studies, gatherings, fellowships, etc. are suspended through August 8th, unless held outdoors and social distancing is practiced. Please continue to use zoom or other online formats as needed during this time.
